Accessing Settings

Open the SIMtrix Bridge app and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. This opens the settings screen where you can configure all app behaviors.

SIM Selection

Choose which SIM card to use for outgoing calls and SMS. On dual-SIM phones, both SIM slots are listed with their phone numbers. Changing this setting takes effect immediately.

Call Recording Toggle

Enable or disable call recording on this device. When enabled, both sides of the call are recorded and the recording is uploaded to Bitrix24 and attached to the call activity on the contact timeline. Note: Call recording must also be enabled in your SIMtrix dashboard settings and requires the Microphone permission.

CRM Overlay

Toggle the floating CRM information panel that appears during incoming calls. When enabled, you see the caller name, company, and active deal pulled from Bitrix24. This requires the "Display over other apps" permission. You can enable or disable this independently of the admin panel setting.

Check for Updates

Tap to check if a newer version of SIMtrix Bridge is available. If an update exists, you can download and install it directly from this screen.

Account Information

View your current account details: connected Bitrix24 portal, assigned user, SIM information, and app version number.

Logout

Sign out of the SIMtrix Bridge app. This disconnects the phone from the SIMtrix server. The phone will stop receiving call and SMS commands until you log in again.
