What Is the CRM Overlay?

The CRM overlay is a floating panel that appears on your Android phone screen during incoming calls. It shows information from your Bitrix24 CRM about the person calling you: their name, company, active deal or lead (with up to 2 lines of deal info), deal stage (as a colored badge), and entity type. This gives you instant context to prepare before answering.

Enabling the Overlay

The CRM overlay is controlled at two levels. First, enable it in your SIMtrix dashboard under Settings (tenant-level setting). Second, ensure it is enabled in the SIMtrix Bridge app on the phone (Settings > CRM Overlay). Both must be active. The phone also requires the "Display over other apps" permission.

Data Displayed

The overlay fetches data from Bitrix24 in real-time: Contact name and company from the CRM. Active deal name, amount, and stage. Lead information if the caller is a lead. Entity type badge (Contact, Lead, Deal). Data is cached for 1 hour (contacts) and 24 hours (deal stages) to improve performance.

Dismissing the Overlay

The overlay automatically disappears when the call ends. You can also dismiss it manually by tapping the close button. The overlay does not interfere with the call screen or other apps.

Can I customize what the overlay shows?
Currently, the overlay shows a fixed set of CRM fields. We plan to add customization options in a future update.
