How Dual SIM Works in SIMtrix

If your Android phone has two SIM cards, SIMtrix lets you choose which one to use for calls and SMS. This selection is made during initial setup in the app and can be changed later in the app settings. Each SIM card appears as a separate "phone line" in your SIMtrix dashboard.

Selecting Your SIM

During the login setup, after selecting your Bitrix24 account, you will see the available SIM slots listed (SIM 1 and SIM 2). Choose the SIM card you want SIMtrix to use for outgoing calls and SMS. The selected SIM number becomes your Caller ID in Bitrix24.

Changing SIM Later

Open the SIMtrix Bridge app and go to Settings. Under "SIM Selection", you can switch to the other SIM card. The change takes effect immediately. Your dashboard will update to reflect the new SIM assignment.

Using Both SIMs

If you want to use both SIM cards with Bitrix24 (for example, one for business calls and one for personal), you can register two separate phones in SIMtrix and assign each to a different Bitrix24 user. Alternatively, on the Record plan, a single user can have multiple SIM cards assigned.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can incoming calls from both SIMs be tracked?
Yes. SIMtrix detects incoming calls regardless of which SIM they arrive on. Both will be logged in Bitrix24. However, outgoing calls and SMS will only use the SIM you have selected in settings.
What if I swap SIM cards physically?
After inserting a new SIM card, open the SIMtrix Bridge app and update the SIM selection in Settings. The app will detect the new SIM and let you configure it.
