Incoming SMS

Overview

Unlike competing solutions that only push a notification when an SMS arrives, SIMtrix writes the full message content directly onto the Contact, Lead, or Deal timeline in Bitrix24. This creates a true two-way SMS thread visible to the entire team — managers can review conversations, other agents can pick up where someone left off, and nothing falls through the cracks. When a message arrives from an unknown number, SIMtrix can automatically create a new lead and attach the SMS, ensuring every inbound inquiry is captured in the CRM.

How it works

   An SMS arrives on the Android phone paired with SIMtrix.

   SIMtrix reads the message and matches the sender number against Bitrix24 contacts, leads, and deals.

   The message content is written as a CRM activity on the matching timeline, creating a full conversation thread.

4. 4

   For unknown numbers, a new lead is optionally created with the SMS attached.
