SMS from Bitrix24

Overview

SIMtrix integrates with Bitrix24's SMS provider interface, adding a 'Send via SIM' option to every contact card. When a user composes a message and hits send, the text is routed through the SIMtrix server to the paired Android phone, which delivers it as a standard SMS from the real mobile number. The message content, delivery status, and timestamp are written back to the Bitrix24 timeline as a CRM activity — creating a permanent, searchable record tied to the contact. No SMS gateway subscriptions, no per-message fees beyond your carrier's plan.

How it works

   A user composes an SMS from a Deal, Lead, or Contact card in Bitrix24.

2. 2

   SIMtrix routes the message to the paired Android phone in real time.

   The phone sends the SMS through the physical SIM card as a normal text message.

   Delivery status and message content are logged on the Bitrix24 timeline automatically.
