Outgoing Calls from Bitrix24

Overview

SIMtrix turns every phone number inside Bitrix24 into a one-click call button. When a sales rep clicks a number on a Deal, Lead, or Contact card, the command travels through the SIMtrix server to the Android phone in real time. The phone places the call using the physical SIM card — no VoIP, no gateway, just a regular mobile call that the recipient sees as a local number. Once the call ends, the duration, timestamp, and optional recording are automatically pushed back into the CRM timeline, giving managers full visibility without any manual logging.

How it works

   A user clicks a phone number inside a Bitrix24 Deal, Lead, or Contact card.

   SIMtrix sends a real-time command to the paired Android phone via WebSocket.

   The Android phone places the call through the physical SIM card — the recipient sees a real mobile number.

   When the call ends, duration, timestamp, and optional recording are automatically logged on the CRM timeline.
