System Requirements
Android Phone
Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher is required. The phone must have a physical SIM card inserted (eSIM is also supported). A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is essential for real-time communication between the phone and SIMtrix server. At least 100 MB of free storage is recommended for the app and temporary call recordings.
Bitrix24
SIMtrix works exclusively with Bitrix24 Cloud. On-premise (self-hosted) Bitrix24 installations are not currently supported. Any Bitrix24 plan works, including the free tier. You need administrator access to install the SIMtrix application from the Marketplace.
SIM Card
Any active SIM card from any mobile carrier worldwide. The SIM must support voice calls and/or SMS depending on which features you want to use. Dual-SIM phones are supported — you can choose which SIM card SIMtrix uses.
Internet Connection
Both the Android phone and the computer running Bitrix24 must have internet access. The phone needs a persistent connection to receive commands from the SIMtrix server in real-time. Wi-Fi is recommended for reliability, but mobile data works as well. Minimum bandwidth: 256 Kbps upload (more if using call recording).
Browser (for Dashboard)
The SIMtrix admin panel works in all modern browsers: Chrome 90+, Firefox 90+, Safari 15+, Edge 90+. For the best experience, use a Chromium-based browser.
