All SMS messages — both sent and received — appear on the Bitrix24 contact timeline as CRM activities. This creates a full conversation thread visible to your entire team. Each message shows: direction (inbound/outbound), message text, timestamp, and delivery status.
Where SMS Appear
SMS activities are linked to the contact record. If the contact has an open deal or lead, the SMS is also associated with that entity. You can view the SMS conversation from the Contact card, the Deal card, or the Lead card in Bitrix24.
