Automatic SMS Forwarding
When your Android phone receives an SMS, the SIMtrix Bridge app detects it and forwards the message content and sender number to the SIMtrix server. The server matches the sender against your Bitrix24 contacts and logs the message on the appropriate timeline.
Two-Way Conversation in Bitrix24
Unlike competitors that only send notifications for incoming SMS, SIMtrix creates a full CRM activity for each incoming message. Both sent and received messages appear on the contact timeline, creating a complete two-way conversation history — just like email threads in Bitrix24.

Incoming SMS messages trigger a notification in Bitrix24 for the assigned user. This ensures your team never misses an important message from a customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are all incoming SMS forwarded to Bitrix24?
By default, yes — all SMS received on the SIM card are forwarded. You can configure filtering in the SIMtrix dashboard to only forward messages from numbers that match contacts in your CRM.
What about MMS (picture messages)?
Currently, SIMtrix handles text SMS only. MMS messages with images or multimedia content are not forwarded to Bitrix24.
