Handling Unknown Callers

When a call comes from a number that does not match any contact in your Bitrix24 CRM, SIMtrix can automatically create a new lead. The lead is created with the phone number, call direction, and timestamp. Your sales team can then follow up and convert it to a contact or deal.

Configuration

Auto-lead creation for unknown numbers can be enabled or disabled in the SIMtrix dashboard Settings. When enabled, every call from an unrecognized number generates a new lead in Bitrix24. When disabled, the call is still logged in SIMtrix but not pushed to the CRM.

Avoiding Duplicates

SIMtrix checks your Bitrix24 contacts and leads for phone number matches before creating a new lead. The matching covers all phone number fields and normalizes formats (with and without country code). This minimizes duplicate entries in your CRM.
