Plan Overview

SIMtrix offers three subscription plans, all billed per SIM card. Each connected SIM card counts as one unit. There are no per-call or per-SMS fees — unlimited usage is included in every plan. You can mix and match by adding or removing SIMs at any time. Annual billing gives you 2 months free.

Plan Overview

Connect Plan — $3/SIM/month ($2.50 annual)

The entry-level plan includes: outbound and inbound call integration, call logging in Bitrix24 CRM, basic SMS sending, incoming SMS logging on contact timeline, SMS conversations on the CRM timeline, call and SMS scenarios, Smart Caller ID, mobile CRM overlay, auto-lead creation for unknown numbers, dual SIM support, user-to-SIM assignment, and dashboard access. Ideal for individuals or small teams that need basic CRM-phone integration.

Reach Plan — $7/SIM/month ($5.83 annual)

Everything in Connect, plus: SMS campaigns with queuing and scheduling, SMS templates with variables, delivery tracking, country code management (restrict international calls/SMS), call and SMS analytics dashboard, and browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox (click-to-call from any website). Designed for teams that actively use SMS for customer communication and outreach.

Record Plan — $12/SIM/month ($10 annual)

Everything in Reach, plus: call recording with automatic upload to Bitrix24, audio enhancement for recordings, zero-storage bridge model (recordings stored only in your Bitrix24, not on SIMtrix servers), recording analytics, priority support, and all future premium features. Perfect for businesses that need complete call documentation and maximum flexibility.

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes all Record plan features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue using SIMtrix. If you do not subscribe, your account is paused but not deleted — you can reactivate anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Annual billing is also available at a discounted rate.
What currencies are supported?
Pricing is available in EUR and USD. European customers (PL, DE, FR, ES, TR) see EUR pricing. Other regions see USD pricing. Payment is processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
