Install SIMtrix Bridge on the Android phone. It registers with the server and reports its SIM cards.

In the admin panel, select the SIM and assign a Bitrix24 user. Set permissions for calls, SMS, and recording.

The user can now make calls and send SMS from Bitrix24 through the assigned SIM card.

There is no hard limit on the number of phones. Your subscription plan determines how many SIM cards can be active simultaneously. Each phone can contribute 1 or 2 SIM cards.

Yes. Reassignment is instant. Change the user in the admin panel and the SIM immediately routes calls to the new user's Bitrix24 account.

The admin panel shows the phone as offline in real time. The assigned user cannot make calls until the phone reconnects. Incoming calls to that SIM go to voicemail (carrier-dependent).
