SIMtrix detects the incoming call within ~50ms, sends the number to the server which queries Bitrix24 API (200-500ms), and pushes the result back to the phone. Fully Configurable — Admin & User Level
The organization admin can enable or disable Mobile CRM Overlay globally from the SIMtrix admin panel. On top of that, each individual user can toggle the overlay on or off directly in the SIMtrix Bridge app on their phone. This gives teams flexibility — field reps who need it turn it on, office workers who use the desktop version can turn it off.

The number is sent to the SIMtrix server via WebSocket. The server queries Bitrix24 API to find matching contacts, leads, and deals. Results are cached in Redis for faster future lookups.
Overlay Displayed on Phone
CRM data is pushed back to the phone via WebSocket. SIMtrix Bridge displays a floating overlay on the call screen with contact name, company, deal stage, and last interaction — all within 300-700ms.
