SMS Campaigns

Overview

SIMtrix's campaign engine solves the biggest challenge of sending bulk SMS through physical SIM cards: Android's built-in rate limits. Instead of blasting all messages at once (which Android would block), SIMtrix queues them server-side and delivers them one by one at configurable intervals — typically 35 seconds or more between messages. You define a send window (e.g., 9:00-18:00) so messages only go out during business hours, and if you have multiple phones connected, SIMtrix distributes the load across them using round-robin scheduling. Real-time analytics let you track delivery progress, success rates, and queue status from the admin panel. This makes it possible to run legitimate SMS campaigns — appointment reminders, follow-ups, promotions — using your existing mobile numbers, without any SMS gateway subscription or per-message fees beyond your carrier plan. Campaigns are initiated from Bitrix24's built-in marketing tools, so your team works in the CRM they already know.

How it works

   Create an SMS campaign in Bitrix24 with your recipient list and message template.

   SIMtrix receives the batch and queues all messages server-side with the configured interval and send window.

   Messages are dispatched one at a time to connected Android phones, respecting rate limits and business hours.

   Each phone sends the SMS through its SIM card. Delivery status is tracked and synced back to Bitrix24 in real time.
