Yes, through Bitrix24 automation rules. When SIMtrix logs a missed call, you can configure a Bitrix24 robot to automatically send an SMS like "Sorry we missed your call. We will call you back shortly." This SMS is sent through SIMtrix itself — via your SIM card.

Typically within 1-3 seconds after the call ends. SIMtrix Bridge reports the outcome immediately, and the server creates the CRM activity in real time.

The callback task deadline is currently a global setting (e.g., "30 minutes from missed call"). You can customize the behavior further by combining SIMtrix with Bitrix24 automation rules that check the contact type and set different deadlines.

If auto-lead creation is enabled, SIMtrix first creates a new Lead from the unknown number, then logs the missed call on that Lead and creates the callback task. The entire flow — Lead creation, activity logging, task assignment — happens automatically.

If your phone is offline, calls go to voicemail (carrier-dependent). SIMtrix cannot detect calls when the phone is off. However, when the phone comes back online, any calls that occurred while offline are not retroactively logged — SIMtrix only captures calls it detects in real time.
