SMS Not Sending
Check SMS Permission
Open your phone Settings > Apps > SIMtrix Bridge > Permissions. Ensure the SMS permission is granted. Without it, the app cannot send text messages.
Check SIM Card Balance
Your SIM card needs to have SMS credit available. Even on unlimited plans, some carriers restrict programmatic SMS sending. Try sending a manual SMS from the phone messaging app to verify.
Check SMS Limit
Android limits apps to approximately 30 SMS per 30-minute window. If you are sending in bulk, you may have hit this limit. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or apply the SMS Limit Override via ADB.
Check Phone Online Status
Verify the phone shows "Online" in the SIMtrix dashboard. If it is offline, the SMS command cannot be delivered. See the Phone Disconnected article for troubleshooting.
Check Country Code Restrictions
If you have country code restrictions enabled, SMS to blocked countries will fail silently. Verify the destination country is allowed in Settings > Country Codes.
Carrier Blocking
Some carriers block SMS from apps if they detect bulk sending patterns. If you suspect carrier blocking: try a different SIM card, contact your carrier, or reduce your campaign sending interval.
