Call Not Initiating from Bitrix24

If clicking a phone number in Bitrix24 does not trigger a call on your phone: (1) Verify SIMtrix is set as the default telephony provider in Bitrix24 > Telephony > Settings. (2) Check that the phone is online in the SIMtrix dashboard. (3) Ensure a Bitrix24 user is assigned to the phone. (4) Try refreshing the Bitrix24 page and clicking again.

Phone Rings But Call Fails

If the phone starts dialing but the call disconnects: (1) Check that the Phone permission is granted for SIMtrix Bridge. (2) Verify your SIM card has credit/minutes available. (3) If using country code restrictions, check that the destination country is allowed. (4) Test by making a manual call from the phone dialer to rule out carrier issues.

Call Connects But Not Logged in Bitrix24

If calls work but do not appear in the CRM: (1) Go to SIMtrix Settings and click "Test Connection" to verify the Bitrix24 OAuth is valid. (2) If the connection test fails, click "Reconnect". (3) Check that the phone number format in Bitrix24 matches the number being dialed (with or without country code).

No Audio During Call

If the call connects but you cannot hear the other party or they cannot hear you: this is a phone/carrier issue, not SIMtrix. SIMtrix initiates the call, but the audio is handled entirely by the phone and cellular network. Try making a regular call to verify audio works.
