Every conversation matters. When a sales rep makes a call or sends an SMS, that interaction should automatically appear on the contact's timeline in Bitrix24. SIMtrix makes this happen seamlessly, using the phone your team already carries.
Why We Built This
Sales teams waste 30+ minutes daily switching between phone and CRM. VoIP systems add costs and complexity. SMS gateways charge per message. We built SIMtrix to eliminate all three problems with one simple bridge.
Bridge, Not Storage
Your data stays on your phone and in your Bitrix24. SIMtrix never stores SMS content or call recordings. We are a bridge, not a warehouse.
When a call or SMS passes through SIMtrix, we relay the event metadata to Bitrix24 and discard it. Recordings are uploaded directly to your Bitrix24 storage. We have zero access to your conversations.

Built with NestJS, Next.js, and Kotlin. Hosted on EU servers in Germany. AES-256 encryption. GDPR compliant from day one.
