Delivery Tracking
Message Status
Each SMS sent through SIMtrix has a delivery status: Queued — waiting to be sent. Sent — delivered to your phone for sending. Delivered — confirmed sent by your phone. Failed — sending failed (check error reason). The status is tracked in real-time in both the SIMtrix dashboard and the campaign view.
Campaign Progress
For SMS campaigns, the dashboard shows a progress bar with counts: total messages, sent, delivered, and failed. You can see which specific contacts received the message and which ones failed.
Failed Messages
Common reasons for failure: phone offline, SIM card out of credit, invalid phone number, carrier rejection, Android SMS limit reached. Failed messages can be retried from the campaign dashboard.
