How Missed Calls Are Handled

When an incoming call is not answered, SIMtrix still logs it in Bitrix24. The missed call appears on the contact timeline with a "missed" status. This ensures your team has a complete call history, including unanswered calls.

Notifications in Bitrix24

Depending on your Bitrix24 configuration, missed calls can trigger notifications for the assigned user — reminding them to call back. The notification includes the caller number and name if the contact is known.

Missed Calls from Unknown Numbers

If a missed call comes from a number not in your CRM, SIMtrix can automatically create a new lead in Bitrix24 with the phone number. This prevents potential customers from being forgotten. See the Unknown Numbers article for configuration details.
