Payment Methods

Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle supports credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your region. Your payment details are stored securely by Paddle — SIMtrix never sees or stores your card information.

Invoice History

View all past invoices in the Billing section of your dashboard. Each invoice shows the billing period, plan, SIM quantity, amount charged, and payment status. Invoices are also sent to your registered email address.

Updating Payment Method

Click "Update Payment Method" in the Billing section. This opens Paddle's secure payment portal where you can change your card or switch to a different payment method. Changes take effect for the next billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it after a few days. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If the payment cannot be collected after multiple retries, your account may be paused until the payment is resolved.

Taxes and VAT

Paddle handles all applicable taxes and VAT as the Merchant of Record. The displayed prices include or exclude tax depending on your region. Invoices include full tax breakdowns as required by local law.

Can I get a refund?
SIMtrix offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before paying. Refunds for paid subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate (typically 2 months free compared to monthly billing). Switch to annual billing from the Billing section.
