Bitrix24 Setup Guide

Connect your Bitrix24 CRM with SIMtrix to make calls and send SMS directly from contact, lead, and deal cards.

Install SIMtrix app in Bitrix24

Go to your Bitrix24 portal. Navigate to Market (Applications) and search for "SIMtrix". Click "Install" and authorize the application. The app will request the following permissions: - CRM: Access to contacts, leads, deals for phone number lookup - Telephony: Register as an external telephony provider - Users: Read user list for SIM-to-user assignment - Notifications: Send incoming call/SMS notifications

Connect your Bitrix24 portal to SIMtrix

After installing the Bitrix24 app, go to your SIMtrix admin panel (app.simtrix.app). Navigate to Settings > Bitrix24 Integration. Click "Connect Bitrix24" and paste your Bitrix24 portal URL (e.g., yourcompany.bitrix24.com). Complete the OAuth authorization flow.

Sync users from Bitrix24

In the SIMtrix admin panel, go to Users. Click "Sync from Bitrix24" to import your Bitrix24 users. You can refresh this list at any time when new users are added to your Bitrix24 portal.

Assign users to phones/SIM cards

In the admin panel, go to Phones. For each connected Android phone, assign a Bitrix24 user. This determines which user's calls and SMS are routed through which phone. You can also configure per user: - Call only / SMS only / Both - Call recording enabled/disabled - Country code restrictions

Test the integration

Open a Contact or Lead card in Bitrix24. You should see the SIMtrix telephony option. Try: 1. Outbound call: Click the phone number on a contact card. Select SIMtrix as the telephony provider. The call should initiate on your Android phone. 2. Send SMS: Click the SMS button on the contact card. Type your message and send. It should appear as sent in both Bitrix24 and your phone. 3. Incoming call: Call the SIM card number from another phone. The call should be logged automatically on the matching contact in Bitrix24.
